Where do you ship to?
For our online orders, we ship within Hong Kong and charge a flat rate of HK$20 per order, no matter how many books you order.
We also ship to Mainland China, Macao, and Taiwan, for a flat rate of HK$25.

How much is shipping? How long does it take?
Shipping within Hong Kong is a flat rate of HK$20 per order, no matter how many books you order. Shipping to Mainland China, Macao, and Taiwan is a flat rate of HK$25. We use SF Express, and it should take 3-4 business days to receive your order.
What payments do you accept?
We use PayPal, which means you can use any major credit card to pay. PayPal is one of the safest method to pay for things online.
Do you have a returns policy?
Refunds or exchanges may be available if your order arrives damaged. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
Is it safe to buy on this website?
Yes. We use PayPal, a leading online payment processor. When you pay, we cannot see your credit card details; only PayPal does. All we know about you is your name, your email, and where to send your order (the address and phone number). We will never share this information with anyone. We are fans of privacy and hate spam.
Can I place an international order?
For now, please contact us about placing an overseas order and we’ll see what we can do!
We also expect to launch on Amazon. However, book copies purchased from Hong Kong (on this site or in physical stores) will be of higher quality than the ones available on Amazon. For one thing, the Amazon book will be soft cover rather than hard cover.
Can I get an autographed copy?
Yes! After placing your order, contact us by email about your request. Vanessa will scrawl a different note every time!
